I installed the new Matlab release for OSX today. It generated the following error: "Could not load Java class GetCharJava!" with respect to ListenChar, and then again (after I commented out ListenChar) to FlushEvents. So it seems as if they have modified the java implementation in a way which is incompatible with the current PTB (version of 2/15/07). Hi Todd Does invokation of "PsychJavaTrouble" help? Did you follow the troubleshooting tips of "help PsychJavaTrouble"? Yes, but that's a temporary fix. Run PsychtoolboxPostInstallRoutine(1) to fix it permanently.
