yes. The Windows version of the psychtoolbox comes with the warning that   
it's a rough, alpha release. However, the code to implement QUEST is pure   
MATLAB and should run happily on any platform. That is polished code,   
which we've checked in various ways.  
  
so just go to the website and download the Windows version of the   
psychtoolbox.
