# SCREEN FillRect problem on Win2000

Hi,  
 Please help me with the following problem. I tried to run this   
command: SCREEN(WINDOW, 'FillRect', BLACK) (BLACK = [0 0 0]). But got   
this error message:   
 SCREENFillRect: Could not lock device context for drawing.  
 What does 'lock device context for drawing' mean?
