# Screen issue with Eyelink

I am a researcher in Canada who just updated some new computers in the lab running psychtoolbox with eyelink.

Info:  
psychtoolbox 3.0.16  
Windows 10  
Error present for all eyelink demos & custom code

Error code:  
EYELINK: WARNING! PsychEyelinkCallRuntime() Failed to call eyelink runtime callback function PsychEyelinkDispatchCallback [rc = 1]!  
EYELINK: WARNING! Make sure that function is on your Matlab/Octave path and properly initialized.  
EYELINK: WARNING! May also be an error during execution of that function. Type ple at command prompt for error messages.  
EYELINK: WARNING! Auto-Disabling all callbacks to the runtime environment for safety reasons.  
Eyelink: In PsychEyelink\_get\_input\_key(): Error condition detected: Trying to send TERMINATE\_KEY abort keycode!  
Eyelink: In PsychEyelink\_get\_input\_key(): Error condition detected: Trying to send TERMINATE\_KEY abort keycode!  
Error in function Rect: Usage error  
Argument was recognized as neither a window index nor a screen pointer

Running experiment on a 'EYELINK CL 4.594 ’ tracker.  
NVIDIA Corporation :: GeForce GT 710/PCIe/SSE2 :: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 432.00  
Matlab 64-Bit

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Do other PTB demos work, as this error suggests a PTB error opening a window?
