a problem with displaying pictures

Hello!I am a tyro in using the psychtoolbox. When I was trying to
display some pictures, I met a problem.The erro message was that:

??? Window pixelSize is not 16, 24, or 32 bits, so "imageArray" must
be an MxN array, not MxNx3

Anyone here can help me solve this problem? Thanks a lot!
