Joystick in matlab

hello there,

I would like to record my subjects responses to a fixation Task.
Unfortunately, the responses are being transmitted through a gamepad
device via usb-port and as of yet my Matlab is unable to read those.
My presentation is using:

windows xp-professional
MATLAB Version 6.5
Psychtoolbox Version 2.54

I am aware of 3 mails in this forum that dealt with this problem but I
can't seem to find the appropriate files in the archive or open
attachements which I assume should be the following:
> README.TXT -this text file
> JoystickDemo -folder
> PsychJoystick -folder
> SDL.dll -dll file.
> LGPL.txt -text file.

In my Psychtoolbox version I did find :

...\MATLABr13\toolbox\Psychtoolbox\PsychDemos\Joystick
but I'm still missing the JoystickDemo -folder &
PsychJoystick -folder (as well as *.txts)

I downloaded SDL.dll version 1.2.7 from
http://www.libsdl.org/download-1.2.php
and installed it in
...\MATLABr13\bin\win32

but if I run
>> JoystickDemo
??? Error using ==> joystickdemo
Win: Joystick not yet supported.
:(
I'd be very grateful if anyone could send me the above mentioned files
OR simply: What should I do in order to enable Matlab to read out
gamepad/Joystick responses with the resources I already have?

Thanx a bunch

marcus
