Matlab Compiler

I was looking into making stand alone versions of matlab scripts that
use the psychtoolbox. MathWorks offers "MATLAB Compiler 3.0.1"

which is supposed to make executables. Has anyone used this to
successfully compile using scripts that are dependent on the toolbox?
