Multiple Rectangles with text as labels

Hi, I'm a freshman in psychotoolbox. I want to present multiple rectangles with texts as labels in different positions as the following picture shows. How should I write the script? With Screen('FillRect'')? How to make a rectangle have different colors on the top and bottom? And how to add those labels on the rectangles?
