Problem about holding the button and set a examination

Hello, nice everyone:
I have a question about the psychtoolbox3.0, I don’ know how to set the RESP key when I want the participants to keep holding the button and release the button until hearing the stimulus. And I want to know if the participant keeps holding before the stimulus, unfortunately I have no idea with that as a beginner of the tool. Can a good sir or lady help me, thanks!
