Hi,
I've just gone through uninstalling Release 12 of Matlab (version 6.1) on
my Windows 98 system and installing Release 13 (version 6.5). This meant
having to reinstall Psychtoolbox also. I did this, but found that Matlab
wasn't finding any of the Psychtoolbox commands. I looked and realized
that the toolbox was in the directory for my old version of Matlab! I
erased the entire path for Matlab 6.1 and installed Psychtoolbox again,
but it actually created the whole path, including the folder for the old
version of Matlab and the toolbox subfolder as well as its own subfolder
within in that, just so it could avoid installing itself with the new
version of Matlab.
