"svn: E175002: REPORT" when downloading Psychtoolbox

Hi,

I have been following the Psychtoolbox downloading instructions and have downloaded the Subversion 64-bit package onto my Windows 8.1 computer. However I receive the error "svn: E175002: REPORT request on '/Psychtoolbox-3/Psychtoolbox-3/!svn/vcc/default' failed" whenever I attempt to download Psychtoolbox through Matlab (R2016a). Any help with how to overcome this would be greatly appreciated.
