serial communication and calibration with (intel) mac pro

Dear, members,

I (the lab where I work) try to install (intel) mac pro for psychophysical studies.
Previously in OS 9, we calibrated monitor using CA100 or LS100 with a matlab program.
This program uses psychserial command for communication between the measurement
device and the computer.

For OS X with intel mac, we found some problem with 4800 baud rate which should be
used for CA100 or LS100.

Does anyone experience similar problems/solutions or does anyone know or have some
program calibrating the monitor with CA100 or LS100 working OS X? Otherwise, we have to
do this job manually.

We would greatly appreciate any inputs from you.
We would also appreciate any tips for automatic calibration of monitor.

Thanks in advance.

Nothing useful to contribute, except that
"experienced some problem" is not a very
accurate description of your problems, so
it would be hard for anybody to help you here.

Also, the PsychSerial driver does no longer
exist for OS/X, so how did you get even
far enough to experience "some problem"?
