Update/DownloadPsychtoolbox use broken github URL

My attempts to use Update/DownloadPsychtoolbox (downloaded fresh from psychtoolbox website) are failing with this error:

svn: E175002: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://github.com/Psychtoolbox-3/Psychtoolbox-3/branches/beta/Psychtoolbox'
svn: E175002: OPTIONS of 'https://github.com/Psychtoolbox-3/Psychtoolbox-3/branches/beta/Psychtoolbox': SSL handshake failed: SSL error: tlsv1 alert protocol version (https://github.com)
Sorry, the download command "CHECKOUT" failed with error code 1:

When ask Google Chrome to open that page in Github:
https://github.com/Psychtoolbox-3/Psychtoolbox-3/branches/beta/Psychtoolbox
I get error 410, Page not found.

Nope, works fine here. You must have some broken/outdated svn client
on your machine, which is rejected for using a too old and thereby
insecure SSL version: "SSL handshake failed: SSL error: tlsv1 alert
protocol version"
