Can the toolbox be used with Big Sur and M1 MacBook and (probably) the latest version of Matlab? Timing is not an issue because I will be designing experiments here and “running” them on other computers.

You need to be using the Intel version of Matlab, and then you can continue to use the current (Intel-based) PTB. Shortly there will be a native version available for the new Apple Silicon computers, but it will require a paid license. Keith
