Best way to use two colors in gabor

I am looking for a color(chromatic) contrast on the gabor stimuli rather than the black-white contrast.  Does anyone know the best way to achieve this functionality?

As far as I can tell only one color can be passed into the Screen 'DrawTexture' function.  This appears to make contrast from this color to perhaps white or the background.  I am interested in having the peaks of the gabor functions as one color and the troughs as another color.

The only thing I can think of is drawing two gabors, each different color, and changing the phase of one by pi/2.
