Hello,
We have been using Psyscope Button Box under Matlab Psychtoolbox (Mac OS9) for a long time. Now we need to switch to Intel-based Mac. Can somebody recommend a button box compatible with Intel-based Mac and Psychtoolbox-3? Ideally we want to continue using Psyscope Button Box connected to USB port via Keyspan adapter. Does somebody have an idea how to do it? The other choice would be using iolab response box or e-prime PST Serial Response Box. Did somebody try using any of those Button Boxes on Intel-based Mac? We know Psychtoolbox has some support for fORP. Ideally we want to use one of the above mentioned Button Boxes because the response is time stamped within Button Box and they provide the possibility to send an external TTL pulse in response to Matlab command. I think we can use Psychtoolbox either under OSX or Windows XP (we have dual boot Mac). I would appreciate any suggestions and/or links to some info.
Our system info: Dual boot (OSX and Windows XP) Intel iMac 5.1 with ATI Radeon X1600 video card running MacOS 10.4.1. Psyscope Button Box connected via Keyspan adapter to USB port. Matlab 7.5 2007a.
