I had a look at your website.
In a trial, I would like to present a same picture a number of times
(e.g. 20 100) per second for certain duration (e.g. 1 minute)
in a
program written in Visual Basic 6 (VB6). There are about 100 trials in
a session.
I am currently using VB6 timer to turn on and off the picture and the
picture does not seem to be blinking at fast enough speed in relation
to the small interval I specify (e.g. 1, 12, 25 ms). I am running the
program on an Intel (R) Pentium, (R)4CPU 1.8 Ghz, 522736 KB RAM with
Windows 2000. The monitor is Eizo T550 on Radeon 7500.
Will Psychophysics Toolbox or Video Toolbox allow me to blink a
picture in a program written in VB6 without interfering with other
tasks (e.g. counting pecks and delivering reinforcements)?
Thank you very much.
