Can not download psychtoolbox on windows 7

I am currently using windows 7 professional and Matlab version of R2015 and I am trying to install the latest version of Psychtoolbox from http://psychtoolbox.org/. I have followed all the instructions mentioned on the website, still, I am not able to download and install it. the following errors are showing while i am trying to install

svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL ‘https://github.com/Psychtoolbox-3/Psychtoolbox-3/branches/beta/Psychtoolbox’

Sounds like maybe some temporary server or network problem. Retrying later might fix it? You can also download a zip file following the instructions about alternative download methods on our websites download section.

That said: Windows 7 reached end-of-life last Tuesday, so maybe it wants to tell you that connecting it to the internet or continued use from now on is unwise.
