Error With SimpleMovieDemo in Psychtoolbox

Hello,

I am having some difficulty running the SimpleMovieDemo in Psychtoolbox. I am using Matlab R2016b (Windows, 64-bit) and Psychtoolbox version 3.0.13. I have GStreamer version gstreamer-1.0-x86_64-1.9.2.msi. PsychStartup has added the GStreamer runtime library path. When I try to run SimpleMovieDemo, however, I get the error pasted below. What can I do to resolve this? Please let me know if there's any additional information I can provide that would be useful, and thank you in advance for your help!
