Eye Tracker with Apple Mac

I have a setup which an apple macintosh and the output comes in .edf
file, then I convert to ascii file and I am struggling to understand
the file

Example
745289 508.7 395.5 223 ... -3082 9058 -250.3 ....F.BLRTBLR


745289-Sample Time
508.7- X-position
395.5- Y-position

And the other numbers I struggle to understand
Also at the end the letters confuse me (N..FTBLRTBLR)
Any help would be much obliged
