Fixing Matlab R13 for OS X

Dear Colleagues:

As you may or may not know, OS X development of PsychToolbox is a bit
stalled because of nasty timing bug in Matlab (see URL below). After
talking to someone at Matlab who knows, it is clear the way to get this
fixed is to get as many individual bug reports from licensed users as
possible. To this end, I am suggesting that each of you:

1. make sure you are logged into the mathworks site with your access
number ("access login")

2. go to http://www.mathworks.com/support/forms/ts/bug.shtml

3. enter your license number (which you can get from your "my account"
page)

4. Subject is "Timing Bug in Mac OS X Version of Matlab"

5. Product is Matlab, Release 13, Version 6.5 (I think...)

6. Mac Platform, Macintosh OS X 10.1 or 2

7. For the bug description:

---
I and my colleagues has identified a serious timing bug that makes the
current version of Matlab for Apple OS X unusable for my purposes. This
bug is documented at:

http://www.psychtoolbox.org/osxTiming.html

Until this bug is fixed, it is impossible for me to use Matlab in my
research as I have intended.

---

That is it!
Submit it. Apparently if we get 200 of these submitted, it will jump to
the top *very* quickly...
