HowTo: create figure window in front of screen.

Hi.  

I'm using PTB-3 with Matlab 2018b on a mac (OSX 10.12)


I'm trying to display several images and an audio player.  But rather than creating buttons using PTB, I'd like to call a figure window for an audio player that I created using guide. However, the figure is blocked by the the window created by PTB's screen command.  Is there any way to create a floating figure that is in front of the PTB window?

no, i don't think so. the only workaround would be to use a smaller PsychToolbox window that doesn't cover the whole screen. that affects timing however, so it depends on what kind of experiment you are running.
