IccProfile still missing for Windows?

I have an .icm file from my computer monitor's manufacturer, but I've heard that PsychToolbox graphics don't use corrected colors if I just apply the .icm in the Windows color control panel. (Is that correct?) So I'm trying to get PsychToolbox itself to use the .icm.

I tried to use IccProfile to do this, but IccProfile.mex was missing. The only mention of this I could find was a post in 2002 saying that the mex file wasn't compiled for Windows yet. (The machine is Windows Vista.)

My installation of PsychToolbox is on a machine that isn't connected to the Internet, so it's a bit old and I don't really want to upgrade unless I know it would help.

Is there any implementation of ICCProfile on Windows at this point? Or is some other way to get PsychToolbox to use a calibration profile?
