You need to measure a calibration file with some appropriate
instrument. Attached
is the program I use with the PhotoResearch PR650. The demo programs then show
how the calibration information is used to compute settings values
that produce (e.g.)
desired tristimulus coordinates.

This part of the toolbox is provided for those who want to delve into
it and make
sense of it. It is not something we can support in any detail at this point.
