I would like to ask you what is the correct procedure to linearize
the cluts if you can utilize a professional calibrator (eye-one
display GretagMacbeth) . i mean after having calibrated the
monitor could I just use as clust three arrays between 0:255
linearly spaced or should I need to use some additional
calibrating procedures?
I was used to calibrate the monitor using the functions in
PsychCal that are used in the Psychtoolbox demos but now that I
have the possibility to use the calibrator I suspect that these
procedures are either obsolete or misleading. am i right?
