new verison of MouseTraceDemo.m for Windows and Mac

I have attached to this message a new version of MouseTraceDemo.m
which has been modified for compatibility with the new version of
GetMouse.dll.

To use this with Windows, you need Psychtoolbox version 2.45 and the
new version of GetMouse.dll posted here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/psychtoolbox/message/544

The new MouseTraceDemo.m should be compatible with any reasonably
recent version of the Psychtoolbox for Mac.
