Demo Updates for Windows

I have attached new versions of seven Psychtoolbox demos. The new
versions should work under both the Windows version of the
Psychtoolbox and the Mac version, whereas the older versions which
they replace worked only on MacOS. The demos are:

GetNumberDemo.m
GratingDemo.m
MouseTraceDemo.m
MovieDemo.m
OffscreenDemo.m
RenderDemo.m
SimpleCalDemo.m

For these demos to work it is necessary to install the the most recent
Psychtoolbox updates, which are available here:
http://www.psychtoolbox.org/winlist.html#extensionUpdates
