PTB-ERROR[Low-Level setup of window failed AGAIN

Dear all, i ran into the same problem as others. first time i try to
run a script it says the following.

then second time it says the errormessage below.
(PTB-ERROR[Register Windowclass failed]:
PTB-ERROR[Low-Level setup of window failed]...)

i have ati radeon x600, downloaded newest driver, made sure, that i
run in 32 bit and page-flip is enabled (the only one i found says
triple buffering enabled here)
still i get the same errormessage.

could you please advice me?
