track USB Joystick trace

Hi,
does anybody know how to display and track the trace of a joystick (similar to a mousetrackball trace) using Psychtoolbox on Mac? Is there any Demo script ? I would like to track Joystick movements into 8 different directions on a computer screen (left, right, up, down, up left, up right, dow left, down right).

I've never used it because I'm PC based*, but the PTB for Mac implements 'GamePad', the human-interface device reading bit of the Mac OS. If you search the PTB help for GamePad you should have access to everything you need.

*Well, I used it briefly while some colleagues were still on Macs. It's fairly straightforward, it's just been years since I looked at it :)
