Dear all:
I am trying to install psychtoolbox 3.0 on my Win 7 (64 bit) PC which has installed GNU Octave, version 4.0.0. I also install gstreamer-1.0-x86_64-1.8.0 in the folder 'C:\toolbox\' where psychtoolbox 3.0 was installed. I also use 'addpath' and 'savepath' commands to add 'C:\toolbox\gstreamer\1.0\x86_64\bin' in the Octave path folder. But I still got the following error message:
PsychStartup: Environment variable GSTREAMER_1_0_ROOT_X86 is undefined.
PsychStartup: Either GStreamer-1.4 is not installed at all, or if it is installed then something
PsychStartup: is botched. Trying various common locations for the GStreamer runtime to keep going.
PsychStartup: Path to GStreamer runtime is undefined! This probably means that
PsychStartup: the 64-Bit GStreamer 1.x runtime from www.gstreamer.net is not installed.
PsychStartup: The Psychtoolbox Screen() function will not work at all until you fix
PsychStartup: this! Read 'help GStreamer' for instructions.
Could anyone give me some hints how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance
