I'm going to buy a new computer. I've read the system requirement on the PTB website but I'm not sure if the Intel Iris 5100 graphic card used in Mac mini is sufficient for running PTB-3. Can PTB-3 have its full performance in Mac-mini?

-> If you install Linux on it, likely generally yes. Iris 5100 is a faster version of the HD 5000 Haswell, a chip that performed well when testing in a MacBookAir. Under OSX it will probably perform ok, except that Intel cards under OSX no longer allow high precision timestamping and timing related workarounds should they become necessary. But it always depends on your specific needs.
