Hello,
I have a program that uses the FramePoly function. If I run it on one Windows XP machine running Matlab 7.10.0(2010a) the maximal penwidth (line width) of FramePoly is 10, so that whenever I make it more than 10 it just becomes 10. When I run the same program on the another machine (running the same version of Matlab) the penwidth can be much higher. The only difference I can see between the two systems is that limited penwidth one uses an NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS graphics card, whereas the other uses an ATI RADEON X1300/X1550 Series Secondary graphics card. Both have the most recent update of PsychToolbox, and I have updated the NVIDIA drivers to the most recent version. On a third machine, running Ubuntu and using an NVIDIA Geforce 9500 GT, the penwidth is also limited to 10.
This is weird, since both NVIDIA cards have better specs than the ATI card. Is this a general problem with NVIDIA cards? Any chance this could be resolved?
Best,
Peter K.
