PTB-Error display

Hi all, I am using PTB-3 on 64-bit Windows 7 with an NVIDIA GeForce
8600GT graphic card and the latest driver (306.23). The output of
"PsychtoolboxVersion" is:

3.0.10 - Flavor: beta - Corresponds to SVN Revision 2945
For more info visit:

which I believe is also the latest. The symptom is when I rum some
codes (like DriftDemo4.m), a couple of lines as below will be displayed:

PTB-Error: The OpenGL graphics hardware encountered the following OpenGL
error after flip: ÎÞЧ²Ù×÷.

(ÎÞЧ²Ù×÷ is Chinese characters, translating into Invalid Operation
or something like that.) Thess messages don't appear before the update
so I believe the latest update of PTB may have some issues leading to
these annoying but harmless messages (stimuli run perfectly).

For your information!

Best!
Thanks for reporting. Should be fixed in beta now. Seems to be a NVidia driver bug in its error reporting.
