Some advice, please. I have been using PTB 2.54 in MATLAB for a
long time. Problem started after trying to compile my experiments. I
tried to compile my experiments with the earlier versions of MATLAB
without success. After MATLAB R14 it is possible to compile
experiments in which PTB 2.54 used but there should be also MATLAB
running along with your (supposed to be) stand-alone experiment file.
Otherwise an error from GetMATLABcommandWindow() related to
Screen.dll arise. Also PTB3 toolbox could be compiled but
segmentation violation error occurs with attempt to run Screen.dll.
It seemed an error related to mex file, so I tried to compile Screen
mex file again from the source files. It requires Microsoft Visual
Studio and Quicktime SDK. Because Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
generated errors related to OpenGL libraries, I tried with Micrsoft
Visual Studio 98 whisch contains expected libraries. But this time
QuickTime SDK 7 gives errors about some new type definitions in VC++.
In different times these errors seem to be generated by
individuals. Is there any way to turn around?
