Sync Trouble on Windows 11 with NVIDIA

Hello,

I am on a Windows 11 laptop with a RTX3070 and the following PTB version:

I have troubles with getting accurate timing. Sometimes my scripts run just fine, but sometimes there is a synchronisation error.

I have tried to go through the recommendations in Psychtoolbox-3 - SyncTrouble but the problem persists.

Is anyone using a Windows 11 laptop with this GPU and has some tips how to get it to reliable pass the sync test?
