update of KbCheck.dll, KbCheck.m, KbName, and KbDemo for Windows

This message includes within the attached .zip archive new versions of
KbCheck.dll, its help file KbCheck.m, and accessory functions KbName.m
and KbDemo.m. These new files replace versions distributed with the
Psychtoolbox for Windows version 2.45

The new version of KbCheck fixes a bug where keys would continue to be
read as pressed after they had been released. One side effect of
changes made to KbCheck that it now returns different key codes.

Note that key codes returned by KbCheck are different for Windows and
Macintosh. With KbName, you can write Psychtoolbox scripts which work
correctly on both platforms by using key names instead of key codes.
KbName now detects the operating system and matches key names to key
codes accordingly.

Because the new version of KbCheck returns key codes different from
the old version, Lawrence Cormack's winKbName function
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/psychtoolbox/message/749) is now
incompatible with KbCheck.

Best,

Allen
