windows or linux build

Hi, 

    I wonder if anyone has experience of building psychtoolbox on windows or linux. Could anyone give tips or where I can get makefile?

The probably simplest way to build Psychtoolbox is to add the NeuroDebian sources and use their packaging scripts (i.e., building is a one-liner via dpkg-buildpackage). Yaroslav did some work to abstract the idiosyncracies in the build scripts that Mario uses to make releases. Only you can't get git master from there, it's a 3.0.9 snapshot they have.

But I don't know if those building improvements are upstream in PTB proper.
