Downloading Psychtoolbox

Hi every one, I am a beginner for MATLAB and psychtoolbox too .
I wanna download Psychtoolbox , but an error has accrue constantly while I have been downloaded it .
I know that downloading has some steps , but when I reach to 4th step which is explain in this following link :

And when I had written this syntax to command window :
>> cd C:/toolbox
>> DownloadPsychtoolbox('C:/toolbox')

this below error appears .

'??? Error using ==> cd
Cannot CD to C:/toolbox (Name is nonexistent or not a
directory).'

and I have tried this process again and again but I don't know where is the problem ?
I have Matlab R2009b and I wanna download this toolbax for windows 7 indeed.
could someone point me what is wrong with it ?!

At first thank you for your answer . you re right , but when I wrote the address of toolbox in MATLAB folder which exist in program file , another error appears , And it said : error using cd , and too many argument exist!

I do appropriate you if you guide me what should I do so ?!

I assume you are on windows, otherwise you're further from home than I assume now:
 
in "DownloadPsychtoolbo x('C:/toolbox')", C:/toolbox refers to the location to install the psychtoolbox. The error says this directory does not exist. You would thus either 1) have to go into your C drive and make this directory "toolbox", or 2) find out where the toolbox folder fo your matlab installation is (e.g. "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\ R2009b\toolbox") and pass that directory to DownloadPsychtoolbo x instead of "C:/toolbox".

I found the problem finally !
I wrote the lower case of c instead C for the cd C:\toolbox
I finally can download it !
