EyelinkToolbox and PTB versions

Hello,

We are using Psychtoolbox 2 and would like to use our programs to
display the stimuli with SMI iView.
Our experiments are simple, displaying stimuli for a specified time or
untill a key press from the keyboard.

What is the difference between EyelinkToolbox 2 for PTB3 and
EyelinkToolbox 1 for PTB2 ?

Can we use the older version and avoid upgrading to PTB3 ?

Thanks for your quick reply !!

If we only need to display jpg/tif, display fixation and text, read
from keyboard and measure response time in ms, is there any reason
to upgrade to PTB3 ?
