Hi,
I haven't been using Macs for quite a number of years, so now I some
feedback on the following question would be really helpful. I found this
offer for a '97 G3 desktop (266Mhz) CPU, for around 700 euros, that
interests me. I also have a nice 21" grayscale HP monitor, that wants a
1280x1024 video signal at 76/72 Hz (H/V), with sync on green. I vaguely
recall having read about utilities that allow one to control the video
signal's frequency, but so far haven't found anything. So the question is:
does such a thing exist and/or do I have any chance of getting this monitor
to function?
