I'm thinking of installing PTB on an encrypted computer running CentOS, since my workplace requires encryption and only provides support for CentOS. Looking through the forum and website, it seems that PTB should work in CentOS although I didn't find much on encryption. I was wondering whether encryption would have any effect on data acquisition. In addition, I just wanted to check around to see if anyone's had problems running PTB on CentOS or on an encrypted computer.
