The post linked above was closed which is why I could not respond to it. Here is my answer:
I did not know what Apple Silicon is but from @mariokleiner I take it that the new Apple processors are Apple Silicon ones.

A colleague of mine has running PsychToolbox on their MacBook M1. ('3.0.19 - Flavor: beta - Corresponds to SVN Revision 13692). Is the difference that I have an M3? Does it have to do with the version of Matlab or Psychtoolbox? Is there any way to run PsychToolbox on an M3 procesor Macbook?

I’m closing these redundant questions and redirect people to those linked threads, because we don’t want people to ask the same question over and over again, diluting discussions into fifteen different fragmented discussions.
