Unable to Uninstall GStreamer 1.0 (Windows 10)

PTB3 w/ MATLAB R2019a is reporting that GStreamer1.16 is not installed, despite it being listed as installed in “Programs and Features”. When attempting to uninstall GStreamer, the error “Invalid Drive: F:” occurs. How do I resolve this?

Issue resolved by inserting additional USB drives. Once one of the drives was assigned “F” drive letter, I was able to uninstall GStreamer.
