Windows 11 incompatible with PTB

I’m using DELL G16 7630, i9, Nvida graphics, PTB could not get my keyboard response, PTB info just reads like above, looks like PTB is not compatible with windows 11, is there any alternative way to solve this apart from reinstallment of windows 10?

You already claimed that in 2 (!) e-mails you sent to our commercial support e-mail
and I explained that no such incompatibility exists, PTB is just not exhaustively tested
or generally supported in case of problems with Windows 11. This is tedious, so if you
