so I just spent a while describing a PTB issue that we’re having, and I set it to be in the ‘Hardware’ theme. But, when I click on “Create post” there is a message saying “You must select at least one tag”.
I thought “Hardware” was the tag?
It doesn’t offer anything else - is there something else I should be clicking?

I reset your post to the correct forum. I also just tested submitting a new post to hardware without any tags and it worked fine. Generally it is good to add tags specific to the issue you face as it improves searching for others who may have a similar problem… Hardware is a forum topic, and tags are things like windows, eyetracker, audio etc.
Thanks very much. I think what stopped me was the mechanism for adding a tag. I couldn’t see how to do that - the online help for Discourse seems to suggest there’s a drop-down list, but I couldn’t see anything. Is there an “escape code” for identifying word(s) as a tag?
I just start typing into the box and auto-complete does the rest:
I just noticed the same behaviour. The “Select at least 1 item” box simply wasn’t there.
After closing the tab and re-opening the website, this box appeared.
